We ship fast because waiting sucks.

Shipping Method

Orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS, whichever gets it to you faster. We ship within the continental United States only — international rebels, we hear you, we're working on it.

Processing Time

Orders process within 5 business days. Most orders are out the door within 2 business days, though we may need up to 5. During busy seasons (holidays, launches, whenever everyone suddenly needs a new hoodie) it might take a little longer. We'll keep you posted.

Delivery Time

UPS Ground is typically 4 business days from ship date. Standard business days only. Weekends and holidays don't count.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Watch that package make its way to you.

Shipping Address

Double-check your address before you hit submit. We ship to what you give us, and we can't change it once the order is out.

We ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO), but delivery times may vary.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once delivery is confirmed, the package is yours to own. If your tracking shows delivered but you've got nothing, check with neighbors, building management, or whoever might've grabbed it. File a claim with the carrier if needed.

Damaged Packages

Inspect your gear when it arrives. If something looks wrong, note it with the driver or refuse delivery, then contact us right away with photos. We'll help you sort it out.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International rebels, we hear you—we're working on it.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $150 ship free.
